Common questions

My kid forgot to tap Stop. Is the day ruined?

No. Any parent can open the session and correct its start or stop time. The original entry is kept alongside the correction, so the record shows both what was logged and what it was changed to — nothing is destroyed.

Does the timer keep running if the phone locks?

Yes. A session is a start time and a stop time, not a countdown the app has to babysit. Locking the phone, closing the app or restarting the device does not lose the running session.

Can two people be signed in at once?

That is the point. Parents, grandparents and kids each sign in on their own device and see the same totals. Parents can edit the log and set rewards; kids start and stop their own timers.

How do I add another child or another habit?

A parent adds them in Settings. Every child gets their own goals, points and streak, and every grown-up sees all of them without switching accounts.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Delete Account, inside the app. It removes your account and the family data you own. If you would rather we did it, write to the address below from the email address on the account.
